I tried to install on my nx6115 laptop AMD64 loaded with Ubuntu 8.10. It throws up following error: checking pkg-config is at least version 0.9.0... yes checking for GTK24... no configure: error: Cannot find gtk+ 2.4.x or later, please install gtk+. make: *** [libgeda-1.4.3/config.h] Error 1 Though gtk+ is already present as shown by Synaptic Package Manager: Package: libgtk2.0-0 installed version: 2.14.4-0ubuntu1 Package: gtk2-engines installed version:1:2.16.1-0ubuntu1 Is there any work around? vsrk sarma
