Kill it with fire! Actually, this patch does it. This LibraryChanged function gets called when pcb starts up but this is not needed. I added a variable that sets itself instead of showing the library window the first time. Put the patch in the same directory as gui-library-window.c and run it with patch gui-library-window.c -i nolibstart.patch
