I looked up the NTE number NTE9099 and the best I could find was a scanned in copy of a later/earlier version of my book. http://www.datasheetarchive.com/pdf-datasheets/Datasheets-115/DSAP001035.pdf The version in my book has an actual schematic of the flip/flops laid out in the chip which looks prettier in my opinion.
