Nice project and thanks for the offering to hire developers that use free software development tools. I think this is an important step towards a more complete free software culture. I can offer you my services to route the PCB layout. The only problem is I will be available starting from the end of August 2009 before that I can not free the time. Also I live in an European country and do this work for a living so I have to charge a hour rate of around 40 euro to make enough for food and shelter. I think it will be around a week of work.
