Can't say for sure... but: When this has happened to me, I usually open the file brd.pcb in my favorite text editor, and start reading the data around line 102. Is it possible that you've used an illegal footprint? Or edited one yourself? I've always found it was my tinkering when I've got this kind of error message - but it isn't always obvious...
