It's Cyrillic; with recent gschem versions, it just works (though,
have no idea about how the fonts should be installed).

The attached cyrtest.sch (and exported from it cyrtest.png)
is a rough approximation of a standard title.

The label in the left upper corner is the document identifier, it
duplicates the text in the lower right corner; that text in the
left upper corner should be rotated like in cyr.png
(done manually with gimp).
