Thanks for the explanation, Kai. Looks like there is more work coming
in, as the G-code exporter treats the outline layer just like another
copper layer, i.e. it mills the tracks there on both sides and
doesn't care to offset coordinates to make them 0, 0 at one of the
edges of the outline.
