gEDA-user: New gnetman code available

Hi.

I ran into some bugs trying to use SPICE on the .cir files that gnetman 
creates.  I've fixed those, and the new version is:

www.viasic.com/download/gnetman_20031110.tar.gz

There is a README file that describes how to use it.
