Okay, I have finished the release notes for 20040111. I spent
a little more time on them and hopefully they are more readable now.

One really nice improvement in this release is a working make
xinstall (gEDA Suite Setup). Download only the toplevel Makefile and type:
make xinstall and setup will do all the download/build/install work
for you. I have tested this and it works for me on two different boxes,
but YMMV. Please try it out and let Piotr or myself know if it works
for you.
Remember, this release had a ton of changes, so expect some
instability. As usual, send all bug reports to the mailing lists or
directly to me. Thanks.
