Yes, look under the Attributes menu for Find Specific Text...
and then enter netname=<whatever> in the new dialog box and this will
let you search through the current schematic for the labeled net (or
whatever text).
I have pending contributed patch (among others) which will select
all parts of a net, but I haven't had a chance to integrate it yet.
