The whole point of RHEL is that it's guaranteed stable for 5 years or so, so that customers don't have the issue of upgrade incompatibilities every few months or end-of-life every year or twoo. The software is slightly older but much more tested and stable. Fedora is recommended for people who don't need to pay for that level of stability and support.
