I cannot fathom how anyone can actually work with this program. :-(
Are there any plans of modernizing the user interface so that it
actually kinda sorta half-way conforms to some kind of user interface
standard?
The learning curve for this program is rediculously steep. :(
It is somewhat steep...When I first tried with it a couple of years
ago, I felt exactly the same way you do. But after I got used to
it...wow, it just *flies*. Now I love it!
If you take your time and give it a chance, I'm sure you'll feel much
better about it. CAD software is usually so full of functionality and
user interface elements that it's difficult to make it easily
learnable, or even *usable* at first. (anyone ever play with BRLCAD?
;))
