If PCB and friends work with lesstif, you should be able to compile
without adding anything else, since Motif is typically already there.
Also, it seems that lesstif is deprecated anyhow since real Motif went
OSS.

I agree.  Trying to install multiple packages on something like Solaris
(or Irix) without pkgsrc is an exercise in madness.  I'm SOOOOO glad
pkgsrc is now available for other systems.
