Done, it is possible to add any menu action (including external editors) on 
toolbar by editing config file, but many actions don't have any icon. Some of 
them can be added from stock:

It would be nice if anybody could draw the rest ;)

I want to do this:
  - reorder entries from popup menu or by drag and drop
  - delete entries from popup menu
  - add entries from popup menu by entering directly Exiv2 key 
    and optional title
  - add entries by drag and drop from advanced exif window
