Hi, I've just released 0.2.2, which adds ELPA support to Geiser. The package is uploaded to Marmalade <http://marmalade-repo.org/packages/geiser/0.2.2>, and i've also created an ELPA archive at <http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/geiser/packages>. With any of them registered via Emacs' `package-archives' variable, you can just `M-x install-package RET geiser RET` to install Geiser.
