Summary: gemframebuffer/separator make GL stack overflow

Initial Comment:
using a simple patch with one [gemframebuffer] and 2 chained [separators] may
make the GL stack overflow in each render cycle

linux, GeForce9600GT with 260.19.21-1 drivers

it seems that the same code makes no problems on other hardware/driver settings
(tested at least on linux/intel/mesa and OSX), so i guess some stack has been
deprecated but is still pushed...
