The memory map of that particular system only had 256MB of contiguous memory at
address 0. More memory can't be contiguous and has to be at 2GB.
While I am fine with this change going in, I think we should modify
FSConfig.py to handle this case. I need to do similar changes for x86, as
the space between 3GB and 4GB is used for io devices.
