So, you are completely incorrect on whatever you think is broken. Compare
the functions src/python/swig/pyobject.cc:connectPorts() and
CxxConfigManager::bindPort().
Since you're the author of a variety of changes to Network and
SimpleNetwork between when this was working and now, I thought you would
know fairly quickly what changed and why SimpleNetwork no longer works
in this framework. If you can offer something specific (or better yet, a
patch), that would help resolve this bug. Thanks!
I would really prefer that you learn how to figure out what a particular
piece of code might be doing. Earlier I told you what files to compare.
I have now told you what functions to compare. If you are still not able
to figure out, I'll suggest another step towards the solution that I have
in mind.
