The problem there is that apathy is likely to just cause the whole database to get purged. My proposal is that instead, we just go through all of the bugs together and on the phone, give each bug 30 seconds to decide what to do with it and move on. If we're all on the phone at once, we can just run down the list and take turns sending commands to flyspray (to get some parallelism). There are 117 open bugs and I bet we can do it as many of them are probably easily decided in 10 seconds.
