We can't provide those because of the license they're under. If you can get them yourself (if you have your own license, for instance) then you'd put them where the error message says.

Quoting Meng Dong <[email protected]>:

Hi all
I want to run SPEC2000 in gem5,but when I run the example in m5 I got some
error

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<string>", line 1, in <module>
File "/home/xautray/gem5/src/python/m5/main.py", line 356, in main
    exec filecode in scope
  File "tests/run.py", line 78, in <module>
    execfile(joinpath(tests_root, category, name, 'test.py'))
  File "tests/long/00.gzip/test.py", line 32, in <module>
    workload = gzip_log('sparc', 'linux', 'smred')
File "/home/xautray/gem5/configs/common/cpu2000.py", line 100, in __init__
raise AttributeError, '%s not found' % executable
AttributeError: /dist/m5/cpu2000/binaries/sparc/linux/gzip not found

It seems that I don't have the SPEC2000 binaries/input sets
But the page http://gem5.org/SPEC2000_benchmarks said I can use the SPEC2000
after some configuration

Is my understand wrong?Or should I install SPEC2000 binaries/input sets or
download that?

Thanks

Yours,Dongmeng
