Hi, The output when i typed 'locate scons' :
WARNING: The locate database (/var/db/locate.database) does not exist. To create the database, run the following command: sudo launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.locate.plist Please be aware that the database can take some time to generate; once the database has been created, this message will no longer appear. According to macports guide: i set the command to "/bin/bash",then i typed export PATH=/opt/local/bin:/opt/local/sbin:$PATH export MANPATH=/opt/local/share/man:$MANPATH then i typed the command "scons build/ALPHA_SE/gem5.opt" on the gem5 folder, the output : scons: *** No SConstruct file found. File "/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/scons-2.0.1/SCons/Script/Main.py", line 834, in _main so any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot for your time and attention.
