- Showing how to copy the simple CPU to a new model should be enough
to show you what files are necessary to be compiled and give you a
workspace

- If you want to create a new model, then edit the files in your new
workspace and the associated areas that need to be changed to
customize your model.

Lastly, I'm pretty sure that the page isnt just "copying" the Simple
CPU model, so you probably need to reread that wiki page.

For instance, there are separate sections that say:
"Making M5 Recognize MyCPU"
"Creating Configuration Scripts for MyCPU"

While these subsections may not be bleeding edge up to date, they
answer the question that you just asked:
"what files I must modify and add"
