I'm finally switching over to the native python, with a non macports
scons (in this case scons 0.98.1), and am getting the following error
when trying to compile m5b5:

Looking in build/ALPHA_SE/arch/alpha/linux, there is indeed no
linux.hh. I'm not familiar enough with SCons to know why it wouldn't
copy that over from the src directory. Any ideas what may cause this?
By the way, would it be possible to add those -arch x86_64 options to
the m5b4 SConscript code to get 64 bit binaries for b4? Or is it more
complicated than that (and maybe bringing everything over to b5 would
be less hassle)?

Looking into the SConstruct, I found that in b5 some 64bit
compilation option was added ("-arch x86_64"). When I comment out
the appends done to the environment variables (starting at line
396), I am once again able to build the simulator without error.
I'm not familiar enough with SCons to know if there is a bug in
this code, but this may be an issue.
Not sure if it matters but I'm using OSX 10.5 on a core 2 duo.
