Hi all,

I am attempting to get an SMT run with two EIO traces working as preople
seemed to be able to this in the past. I am running detailed o3 with two
eio traces found at http://homepages.cae.wisc.edu/~mikko/752/
<http://homepages.cae.wisc.edu/%7Emikko/752/> (ammp,fma3d in my
example). All combinations of traces fail at:

Program received signal EXC_BAD_ACCESS, Could not access memory.
Reason: KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE at address: 0x00000020
0x001eb752 in DefaultDecode<AlphaSimpleImpl>::sortInsts (this=0x10b9748)
at decode_impl.hh:455
455
insts[fromFetch->insts[i]->threadNumber].push(fromFetch->insts[i]);

I am using smt options:
simcpu.smtNumFetchingThreads=2
simcpu.smtFetchPolicy="roundrobin"

Is there some special trick to getting EIO traces working with O3+smt.
Everything works find for single threaded benchmarks.

Thanks in advance,
-Rick
