I don't remember either myself or anyone else implementing anything to
change the memory model implemented by O3, so I'm pretty sure it's
going to be the same no matter what. I'm not sure which of the SPARC
memory models it corresponds to, though. The configuration of the
memory system itself might also partially determine that. Could
someone that knows the memory system better comment?
