Have you checked the m5 wiki? ...

All you need to do is generate the binaries and place them in the right
directory structure and you can take advantage of the cpu2000.py script.

If you cant generate the SPEC binaries out the box (via install.sh), then it
wouldnt hurt to go directory by directory and utilize the makefiles inside
of each benchmark to compile locally either. More than likely , a little
trial/error is what you'll go through though getting all the binaries to
compile.
