Hello All ; I am trying to build a disk image using ptxdist so i can compile benchmarks under ALPHA_FS. So i followed the instructions provided on m5 wiki
http://www.m5sim.org/wiki/index.php/Using_linuxdist_to_Create_Disk_Images_and_Kernels_for_M5 I downloaded linux-dist files and precompiled Alpha_gnu files available on m5 simulator website. However , i am running in to this error : ptxdist: error: Compiler '/opt/crosstool/crosstool/gcc-3.4.3-glibc-2.3.5/ alpha-unknown-linux-gnu/alpha-unknown-linux-gnu/bingcc' not found. Check PATH or ptxdist: error: use 'ptxdist toolchain [</path/to/toolchain>]'. I have already set the path to Toolchain and re-tried to do it again after getting that error but i still recieve the same error. Can anybody help me please on how to fix this ? Note : I am using PTXDIST-2010.01.0 Thanks _______________________________________________ m5-users mailing list [email protected] http://m5sim.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/m5-users
