[Gendergap] Woman power symbol

The woman power logo with the fist and the venus symbol 
(http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Womanpower_logo.svg) that is 
being used on the Feminism navbox has been nominated for deletion over 
at Commons. Does anyone happen to know the origin of that symbol or the 
artist who created it?
