No-one claiming to be male on-wiki has asked to join the list. That would be a problem for me and I would take it up with the other list members. I probably would divulge the editors username to see if the existing (vetted) list members have any history with the editor. However, list members agree to abide by certain rules, so "outing" would be bad.
