Well, Arabic Linux documentation is something we are deeply missing...

You could already start a small HOWTO with the answers to those questions (but not only, since they seem focused mainly on Linux/Windows comparison) after a bit of web browsing. There are excellent documentations here and there over the web. Later, step by step, that HOWTO could be appended and/or other HOWTOs could be written on other subjects.
You or anybody else that is :-) The summer vacation has just started, lots of spare time.. :-)
