yes, I was waiting for minutes publication by secretary, but the resolution has
been approved: I'll update the Jira description with Attic's usual tracking
described in our process https://attic.apache.org/process.html
it will be nice have former PMC members help on retiring: if you can share that
Jira issue with the PMC, please
one of the first steps is to inform users: do you want to do it, as a last
visible step of the dev team having served for the benefit of the community?
one key step in the future I'll need your review is when reviewing INFRA list
of assets to deactivate
