I have a few changes for [process.html|https://attic.apache.org/process.html] :
* change all *_svn viewvc_* links (blocked by infra for the foreseeable future
due to attacks)

[attic-site.conf|https://svn.apache.org/repos/infra/infrastructure/buildbot/aegis/buildmaster/master1/projects/attic-site.conf]
not longer exists - change to
[attic-site.py|https://svn.apache.org/repos/infra/infrastructure/buildbot2/projects/attic-site.py]
* add [infra-reports|https://infra-reports.apache.org/#sitesource] to useful
links for websites
* Sentence about DOAP file check missing a closing bracket (doesn't currently
make sense)
