I agree with Larry. Some kinda categorization scheme
is needed for the list of links: Newbies,
Intermediate, Gurus; for example. Or maybe a few
different category schemes.
On the problem of maintaining links: this could be
solved through a script. A simple cron job could kick
off a script that runs an http request to check for
"Error: 400" or not. If true, then fire off an e-mail
to the script maintainer.
