Hey Shannon,
I have not heard back from anyone so let me tell you how I would like to
handle this if it is OK with you.
I will have 25 permits ready for you to pick up Monday any time between
8:00am and 4:00pm. They are
good for Mondays from 6:30pm to 10:00pm(they do not ticket after ten) thru
December. I have issued
them in the name of Linux User Group with you as contact and responsible
party. It is very important
that you and your members understand that it is illegal for a student (day
or evening) to use a visitor
pass while on campus. If caught using such a pass a student will be turned
into the Dean of Students .
If you will please keep a log of who you give a pass to and the number in
which you give them. If you
need more than 25 passes just let me know and i will get them ready for
you. I hope this is sufficient for you
and that we have no problems with how this is handled. Call if you need to.
