We need more people to demonstrate network security exploits and/or counter-measures taken to deter exploits. Dustin Puryear has volunteered to demonstrate basic measures for file-system security. Ricky Salmon, I believe you offered to help in the past. Can I get a confirmation from you? Shannon Roddy, you have experience with dealing with real-world security compromises and counter-measures. Would you be willing to demonstrate or present something? Robert Leche, you also have lots of experience in dealing with securing computer systems on a busy network, would you be willing to talk about or present something? John Beamon, I know you have lots of good information to share and have experience with securing systems on a large network. Can you help? We don't need a formal presentation or anything, we really just need a few people to commit to demonstrating basic exploits and/or how to protect a computer system from them. If there is anyone else I missed, please feel free to volunteer. What I need is for you to say "Yup, I'll help." and a sentence or so on what you would like to demonstrate and talk about. <p>Thanks, John Hebert __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
