I've used the one at starnet.com. It's good but not free. There's one at hummingbird.com that's pretty good from what I remember from others, though it ain't free. But if you want geek bragging rights, you gotta do: http://xfree86.cygwin.com/faq.html. This means you take the XFree86 source and compile it to run under CygWin, which is a GPL port of Unix tools to Win32. Booyah.
