Absolutely, and it is about time too!  With Redhat's network they are
at least getting close to apt-get!  They are a long way from
Libranet, or even Mandrake, but at least they remembered GNU/Linux
can be somethings besides a server!  I think you will be able to
compare Redhat favorably with Debian in no time at all.  Lord knows
they have the development base to catch up.
