Actually, they would have shut off access completely at this point as the Sun provides energy to our enemies. Oil production would then be ramped up to provide fuel for an artificial light source in the sky. The Democrats on the other hand would have begun a multi-billion dollar project to distribute the light from the Sun to everyone, even though the light is already available and access is quite free.
