I have always used Putty to create SSH tunnels for mail and most other
services since I'm a laptop/wireless user. The problem I had with Putty was
that it was kind of difficult to setup for new users, and it also always
opened up a shell in a window. I just moved to Entunnel, which offers an
easy to use interface that stays in the system tray.
