You get a CD with all of the presentations when you attend. Also, I think
that USENIX members have access to the presentations after the conference
even if they don't attend, but I may be wrong about that.

Seriously, I highly suggest that everyone belong to the following groups:

x USENIX
x SAGE
x ACM

All three organizations (SAGE used to be part of USENIX until recently)
offer excellent material to their members, including research and papers on
various implementation issues.
