I am testing Debian Etch currently. One issue to watch out for is the hot-plug setting for eth0 when doing a clean install rather than a dist-upgrade. If you restart networking, especially on a remote machine, the network interface does not come backup up automatically. I am interested in anything else interesting about Etch that anyone else has found out.
