The vast majority of Cox subscribers are just tickled pink that Cox
filters out the crap from their inbox.  You, being the exception, are
intelligent enough to work around their blocks/filters.  It ain't
going to change.  A minor nitpick, but you pay for an ISP, not
bandwidth.  Totally different.
