Is there anyone locally in Baton Rouge who does application icon design for Windows applications? I'm fed up with hacking stuff together and looking for a local graphics designer for a couple of small projects.
Web searches (Google et al) are hopeless these days for anything like this - they return hundreds of hits to garbage pages built on the fly, apparently in response to a query.
