Webroot is where it's at. Easy centralized cloud management, grabs pretty much everything, very light weight on resources.

I've never had an issue with SEP but SEP 12.1 has just kind of stalled out and is a big resource hog. SymantecCloud has limited options it seems; but SEP 14 looks like a pretty big upgrade.
