For now, though, I guess there's Torque (http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/index.html) and OJB (http://jakarta.apache.org/ojb/index.html).
By the way, what other projects are slated for movement to db.apache.org?
i forwarded two old posts from this list. they have some info on what was being considered around 5/9.
