The DB project is in process of migrating the site to the apache CMS (see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-5215) Various subprojects do not use the CMS and plan to commit their pages directly to https://svn.apache.org/repos/infra/websites/production/db/content (and add the location to extpaths.txt) Can they safely do so at the moment or will a commit there trigger publishing the (only partially filled) website ?
