Hi,
I'm having trouble obtaining a community license key. It is not the
error about an invalid key mentioned in the FAQ and the archives, but a
malfunctioning of MarkLogic's site that gives me no key at all and no
error message either. I've mailed them about it as indicated on their
pages, but received no reply; details are in the message below.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem and more importantly, knows how
to solve it?

Hello,
Since we develop using MarkLogic with RSuite at work, I thought I
could just as well use MarkLogic at home for my personal projects
rather than learn yet another content server. The community license
seemed ideal for that.
I managed to install MarkLogic Server and start it on Vista, using the
information on your developer network site. I correctly get the 'Enter
License Key' page, click the 'Free' button and fill in the form. When
I click the 'Select Community License' button on that online form, the
install instruction document says that a 'key generation' page should
appear; this does not happen. I'm immediately redirected back to the
'Enter License Key' page, with the fields still empty. This happens
both in Firefox and IE7.
So first I get to:
http://127.0.0.1:8001/license.xqy
Then to:
http://developer.marklogic.com/license/3.X/default.xqy?version=3.2-5&hostname=pc_van_gidi&cpus=2&platform=winnt&target=127.0.0.1%3a8001&licensee=&company=&email=&website=&phonenumber=&address=&city=&state=&zip=&title=&usage=
Which goes to:
http://localhost:8001/license.xqy
The access log shows that it redirects immediately back and not via a
key-generation page:
