Hi Pramit, If you haven't updated/upgraded Windows recently, then it doesn't sound as where to look for the problem to me. The fact that you are getting an Authentication error back means that MarkLogic Server was properly reached, but that the supplied credentials were invalid. It really suggests that credentials are not sent at all, or credentials have changed. Can you verify credentials from both ends?
Oh, by the way, are you using XCC to connect to MarkLogic Server? You might want to update that as well..
