whitespace-sensitive and punctuation-sensitive option when searching. Seems that these will always require filtering? These term facts(whitespace and punctuation) are never indexed?

vs
,'hello there'
vs
,"hello there"
will require filtering/2nd pass?
If not, what db setting should I examine?
