I have a fragment root on para and one on topicBlock (because both are used in
the searchable-expression in search:search). There are some documents that have
para elements inside of a topicBlock element and I've found that if the search
term appears in a para element inside a topicBlock element (but not within the
topicBlock outside of a para) that I get the topicBlock as a result, but it's
not included in the facet count, which is on the b attribute of the topicBlock.

Any ideas how to solve this? I've tried adding an attribute on these para's and
faceting on that and then summing the two facet counts, but that's a problem
because there may be multiple para's in a topicBlock with the search term or
the term may appear in a para and in the topicBlock but outside of any para's.
